What to bring Comfortable clothing (leggings or shorts - no bathing suits) Closed-toe tennis shoes (required for participation) Special requirements Minimum of 8 participants required for the tour to operate Participants must wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (no bathing suits) Restrictions Pregnant women, persons with mobility issues, back or knee problems, or heart conditions and children under 7 years cannot participate in this tour. The maximum weight limit is 250 lbs (113 kg). Minors 18 years or younger must be accompanied by a 21+ year old adult in order to participate. Water shoes, flip-flops and sandals are not allowed Disclaimers Refunds will not be issued for failure to meet safety requirements, incorrect weight notification, or late arrivals Bespoke LM reserves the right to cancel the reservation if participants do not follow instructions or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs (no refunds will be issued) Tour may be canceled if minimum passenger requirements are not met. In such cases, an alternative or full refund will be provided

What should I wear for the tour? Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or shorts and closed-toe shoes. Are there weight or height limits? Yes, the maximum weight is 250 lbs (113 kg), and children must be at least 4 feet 8 inches tall to participate.
Cancellations
Individual reservations for regular group tours with UP TO 6 PERSONS: 24 hours prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Individual reservations for regular group tours with 7 OR MORE PERSONS: 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. -Private car services: 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Private / Customized tours: 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled pick up time. Contracted Group services, Weddings and other Special Services: 72 hours (3 days) to 14 days (2 weeks) depending on the service agreement, prior to the event/activity in order to receive full deposit back. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full price. Reservations done on the same date are final and nonrefundable. Spaces reserved by the client and not used are nonrefundable. Due to the limited amount of spaces, the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason. We are always happy to re-schedule your trip to another date with 24-HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE, subject to availability and rebooking fee. Bespoke Lifestyle Management, Inc. cannot be responsible for personal items brought on our shuttles, so please make sure you take all your personal belongings with you when you depart our shuttles. Bespoke cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of customer trips that result from weather, traffic, or mechanical difficulties that may occur during your trip. Bespoke expects our customers to respect the vehicles and dispose of any trash generated during a trip.
