Corsario LLC operates Travel.PR. FlyDining PR LLC operates your dinner experience and receives the information needed to deliver it. For privacy questions or requests, email flydining@travel.pr, which forwards to info@flydining.pr.

Booking information includes your contact name, email, phone, selected date and seating, guest count, optional guest names, meals, extras, and any allergies or dietary requests you enter. We keep booking references, prices, payment status and payment references to process and support your reservation.

PayPal payments go directly to FlyDining PR LLC. Card payments are processed through ELEVADO LLC’s Authorize.net account. Your selected payment provider handles your payment credentials. Travel.PR receives payment results and transaction references, rather than your PayPal password or full card details. Optional accounts and support requests provide additional information you choose to submit.

We use this information to check availability, arrange your reservation, process payment, send receipts and confirmations, respond to support requests and protect the service against misuse.

Your guest names, meal choices, allergy notes and dietary requests are sent to FlyDining through Rezdy with the reservation. These details may be sensitive. Provide only information the operator needs and ensure you are authorized to submit information about other guests. Submitting an allergy request does not guarantee it can be accommodated.

Our service providers include Supabase for booking data and account services, Vercel for website hosting, PayPal for PayPal payments, Authorize.net for card payments, Rezdy for supplier reservations and Resend for transactional emails. They receive information needed for their roles. Providers may process information outside your country.

The site uses browser storage to keep your checkout draft, private guest access, selected activities and location preferences. Optional account sign-in also uses authentication storage. Shared devices should be signed out when you finish.

If you use the trip assistant, your questions and preferences are processed to generate suggestions. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in planning questions. Links to Viator, maps and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

When you review a FlyDining booking, we securely save your choices and contact details for up to eight days so you can return to checkout. If you select the optional reminder checkbox, we send one follow-up after about 30 minutes of inactivity. The private email link lasts seven days. It lets you return to your saved choices or check an existing payment attempt. Seats and prices are rechecked before a new payment. You can stop these reminders using the link in the email. Reminders are delivered through Resend; meal and allergy notes are excluded from reminder emails. Opt-out records are retained to respect your preference. Payment and booking records follow the retention rules below.

With your permission, the shared FlyDining Google tag measures visits, booking steps and paid, confirmed purchases across FlyDining and Travel.PR. Google Analytics shares purchase events with the linked FlyDining Google Ads account for advertising attribution. With your permission, Meta’s Facebook Pixel also measures visits and paid, confirmed purchases on Travel.PR for advertising attribution. Measurement can include browser and click identifiers, transaction references, amounts in USD and guest counts. We do not send your name, email, phone number, payment credentials or meal and allergy details to these advertising tools. You can decline optional tracking and still book, or change your choice below.

We retain information as needed for the booking, support, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted according to the service role, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask how it is used. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law or to resolve a payment or booking dispute. Your rights depend on applicable law.

We may update this policy as the service changes. This page’s effective date identifies the current version.
