Travel.PR terms

Travel.PR is operated by Corsario LLC. FlyDining experiences are operated by FlyDining PR LLC. The operator provides the dinner experience and sets its participation, arrival, safety and cancellation requirements.

These terms apply to Travel.PR’s website and booking service. FlyDining’s experience terms also apply to your dinner. Other experiences may use another provider’s checkout and terms.

Choose your date, seating, guest count, meals and extras. Enter accurate contact details and any guest allergies or dietary requests. Contact the operator before booking if you need confirmation that a request can be accommodated.

PayPal payments go directly to FlyDining PR LLC. Card payments are processed through ELEVADO LLC’s Authorize.net account. Corsario LLC operates the Travel.PR platform. Your final total is shown before payment.

Guest checkout is available without a Travel.PR account. Your selected payment provider handles payment approval. Your booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and FlyDining confirms the reservation. An availability result, quote or payment receipt alone is not a confirmed booking.

Choose full payment online or a 25% deposit. With a deposit, the remaining balance is payable in person at FlyDining when you arrive. Your booking total is locked when you book, including selected extras and taxes; your card is not automatically charged for the remainder. The cancellation terms below apply to both payment choices.

If payment appears completed but your confirmation is missing, contact support with the references before paying again.

The review screen shows your amount due in U.S. dollars before you approve payment. The total includes your experience, selected extras, and applicable Puerto Rico taxes and supplier fees. Travel.PR is not charging a separate booking fee on new bookings.

Availability and supplier pricing can change before a reservation is secured. Review the final total and selected experience before continuing to payment.

FlyDining seats are normally non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled by the guest. If FlyDining cancels your session, its seat-price refund policy applies. Any Travel.PR booking fee charged on an earlier booking remains refundable when FlyDining cancels. Weather may move the dinner indoors without a supplier refund.

Use the site lawfully. Do not misuse another person’s information, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent bookings. Trip-planning suggestions are informational and do not reserve an experience.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. We may update these terms for future use of the service; the effective date identifies this version.
