Suggested 6-Hour Icacos Itinerary Fully customizable to your group’s preferences. Timing and stops may vary depending on weather, sea conditions, and the Captain’s discretion. 10:00 AM — Departure | The Reserve Marina, Puerto Chico, Fajardo Board your private yachts, meet the crew, and receive a brief safety orientation before departure. 10:15–10:25 AM— Arrival at Icacos Area After a short 15–25 minute cruise, arrive in the beautiful waters surrounding Icacos. 10:30 AM— Snorkeling & Water Activities Snorkel in clear Caribbean waters, enjoy the floating mats, swim, or simply relax onboard. 11:30 AM — Icacos Beach Time Head to Icacos for beach time, swimming, music, drinks, and relaxation. 1:00 PM — Lunch & Drinks Enjoy your included lunch, snacks, and refreshments onboard while taking in the island views. 1:45 PM— Your Day, Your Way More beach time, snorkeling, floating, swimming, or relaxing onboard—the experience can be tailored to your group. 3:35 PM — Departure from Icacos Begin the approximately 15–25 minute cruise back to Fajardo. 4:00 PM— Arrival | The Reserve Marina, Puerto Chico All times are approximate. This itinerary is customizable and may be adjusted according to your group’s preferences, weather, sea conditions, and the Captain’s final safety assessment. Check-in details Mandatory Pre-Departure Check-In & Safety Details To ensure a smooth and safe departure for all guests, please review and comply with the following mandatory requirements: Arrival Time: All guests must arrive at the marina 15-20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows for necessary pre-boarding procedures. What to bring Personal Items: Towels, sun block, and motion sickness medication (e.g., Dramamine) for those who are prone to seasickness. Guests are advised to bring these essential personal items. Special requirements Digital Waiver – REQUIRED FOR BOARDING: A digital liability waiver must be completed online by every guest before arrival. One waiver per person is mandatory. Guests who have not completed their waiver will not be permitted to board the vessel. You may request a direct link to the waiver from our team. Restrictions Important Safety Restriction: For safety reasons, we cannot allow pregnant women with over 3 month of pregnancy to participate in this charter under any circumstances. We strongly recommend consulting with a physician regarding the risks of boat travel during pregnancy. Health, Safety & Participation Clause By booking and participating in this private charter, you acknowledge, understand, and accept the inherent risks associated with marine activities and agree to the following terms: Participant Fitness & Responsibility: You affirm that you and all members of your party are in good physical and mental health, with no pre-existing medical conditions that could be aggravated by this activity. You acknowledge the physical demands of boarding a vessel, moving on a moving boat, swimming, and snorkeling. Participants must be able to swim competently. For safety reasons, participation is strictly prohibited for anyone with a pregnancy exceeding 3 months. Acknowledgement of Risks: You understand and voluntarily assume all risks, which include but are not limited to: changing weather and sea conditions; slipping or falling; injuries from marine life; dangers of swimming and snorkeling, including drowning; exposure to sun and seasickness; and the remote location of medical facilities. A reservation is confirmed once we receive a completed booking form and the required deposit or full payment. Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We offer a full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the charter. Cancellations made under 30 days but at least 10 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
