Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a refund (booking fee is not refundable). Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a credit valid for 2 years. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund or credit. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by email, phone, text, or WhatsApp. If we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full price.
