Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: PR Access Tours values your commitment to our tours. To ensure optimal service, please confirm your reservation carefully, as spaces are limited. If circumstances prevent you from attending, notify us at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund, while less than 6 hours or no-shows incur the full charge. Refunds are not issued for changes of mind. In case of unsafe weather conditions, we may cancel for safety, offering a full refund or alternative options. Groups of 10 or more must cancel at least 2 weeks prior for a full refund. Tours proceed rain or shine, but if our Operations team cancels due to weather, we'll provide alternatives. For inquiries or changes, contact us at www.accesstourspr.com/contact-us-1/, info@accesstourspr.com, or call 787-421-1800 before finalizing your reservation. Please read, understand, and select the right tour. We're here to help – contact us for assistance.
