An alternative date or full refund will be offered. If conditions are unsafe, the captain may choose an alternative island destination. Refunds will not be issued unless the captain cancels during the tour. The bus will only wait 5 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time. Be advised that this tour travels through open water, and choppy seas may be encountered.

Do I need to know how to snorkel? No, beginners are welcome, and full instruction is provided. What should I bring? Wear a bathing suit underneath your clothes, and bring sunblock and towels.

Cancellations

For cancellations you will have up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the activity date in order to receive refund. Private Boat Charters will have 30 days (1 month) prior to the activity date to cancel with option of refund. Group Services may have a different cancellation policy as per agreement. Cancellations with less than the stipulated time, or No Shows are non refundable.
