Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ensure the safety harnesses fit correctly. **What happens if it rains?** The adventure gets even better. Because our cabins are fully enclosed and climate-controlled, you stay dry and comfortable while we navigate the "Mangle" trails. We run rain or shine! **Does the price include everything?** At Xplora, we believe in total transparency. Your booking price includes all service fees and fuel surcharges. XPLORA PUERTO RICO CANCELLATION POLICY • 48+ hours before tour: Full refund minus processing fees. • 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund. • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund. • Guests must arrive 30 minutes early. Late arrivals may lose reservation without refund. • Tours may be rescheduled or refunded due to weather or unsafe conditions. • Xplora reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
