Underwater Healing: A Meditative Dive Experience Vantage Dive Club’s Underwater Healing experience blends the physical and the reflective: a guided one-tank dive designed around slow, mindful movement, culminating in an underwater meditation in calm, sheltered water. Rather than exploring reef features or marine life at pace, this excursion invites you to simply be present beneath the surface. Following the dive, guests return to shore for a complimentary sound bath recovery session, using resonant instruments to support relaxation and integration. An Open Water certification (or higher) is required to join. The Valet Advantage: Complete Privacy: A private session for your party only, capped at 6 guests. Guided Mindfulness: Led by a PADI professional who guides both the dive and the meditation. Full Circle Recovery: Includes an on-shore sound bath session to close out the experience.

What's included

A dedicated PADI professional guiding both the dive and the meditation. All scuba equipment, including regulators, BCDs, dive computers, tanks, weights, masks, fins, and wetsuits. Signature valet gear service (setup, tank handling, and breakdown). On-shore sound bath recovery session immediately following the dive. A private, shaded beachside setup with complimentary cold beverages and snacks. Photos and video of your experience, edited and delivered digitally. A curated post-dive kit to take home.

Additional information

Check-in details Your exact meeting location will be confirmed and communicated the day before your dive, based on weather and conditions. What to bring Certification card (C-card or digital equivalent). Swimwear (please arrive wearing it under your clothing for a seamless transition). A towel and a dry change of clothes. Reef-safe sunscreen. Sunglasses and a hat.

Cancellations

Guests who cancel at least 48 hours before their scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are not refunded.
