Cancellations

To cancel a scheduled tour, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance via Phone, Email, or text. A sales representative will confirm your cancellation. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, the designated tour operator will charge you the full amount, without any exceptions or fee waivers. By submitting your tour request, you agree to our 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within this time frame are considered final, and there will be no rescheduling or refunds provided. Please be aware that some tours are weather-dependent and may be affected. Unfortunately, we have no control over mother nature. If any changes are necessary, we will inform you promptly. We are a concierge booking service committed to providing you with the best experience in Puerto Rico.
