Important: Pricing varies based on the pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the number of passengers traveling. Most trips have a maximum of 6 passengers. A $15.00 service fee applies to all bookings with two or more passengers. Check-in details Once your reservation request has been submitted, a member of our team will contact you to confirm all transportation details. After confirmation, we will charge the card on file to cover the cost of transportation. Trips with two or more passengers will include a $15.00 service fee. Disclaimers We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Please note that the $15.00 service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of when the cancellation is made. No-shows and late arrivals that miss their scheduled pickup will be treated as same-day cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.
