Take your skills from Newby to Kiter Duration 3 Hours About You always dreamt about learning how to kiteboard but didn’t quite find the best way to jump into it? We got it all setup for you already. Here is the itinerary of our ultimate Kite vacation starter package! We invite you to join us for one of the best weeks of your life and change your lifestyle to one of a water-(wo)mens! Day 1: Private kiteboarding lesson Day 2: Private kiteboarding lesson Day 3: Private kiteboarding lesson with Jet-ski/ Boat support Day 4: Downwinder excursion with boat support Day 5: Flat water excursion to a nearby spot close to El Yunque Rainforest Prerequisites Know how to swim/ be comfortable in the water. Included Private one on one instruction with an IKO certified instructor Kite equipment and safety gear Radio helmet for communications while in water Gear insurance IKO certification Not Included Tips In the case of inclement weather or no wind: At times we may have to reschedule lessons at the last minute due to varying factors such as unsafe or unfavorable conditions, thunder, lightning, gusty winds, offshore winds, light wind or no wind. This determination is at the discretion of the management and instructors. We base decisions on current or forecasted conditions, as well as other factors such as safety, tides, etc.
Cancellations
Lesson Cancellation Policy If you have to cancel a lesson, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of your booked session as a cancelation fee. No shows will be charged the entire cost of your scheduled session. Lesson Refund Policy If your session must be rescheduled due to weather conditions, your credit will be applied to your next scheduled session. If you are unable to use your session you can apply the credit toward merchandise purchases in our retail store. If you do not use the credit toward a merchandise purchase a refund of your remaining credit can be issued MINUS a 50% refund fee. Credit from unused lessons are redeemable for up to one year from date of purchase.
