The exact suite number will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Hotel Pick-Up: For those with hotel pick-up included, please be ready in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. We will confirm the exact pick-up time with you in advance. Early Arrival: Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the official start time of 12:00 PM, whether you are meeting at our Condado location or being picked up from your hotel. This allows time for check-in, introductions, and any last-minute preparations. Transportation Details: Full Transportation: If you have opted for full transportation, we will pick you up from your hotel, transport you to all the tour locations (Condado, Old San Juan, and the T-Mobile District), and return you to your hotel at the end of the tour. Partial Transportation: If you are arriving independently at our Condado location, we will provide transportation from there to Old San Juan and the T-Mobile District, and then return you to the Condado location at the end of the tour.
