Cancellations

Cancellation Policy Cancellation Process: Phone-Only Cancellation: All cancellations must be made through phone. This ensures a direct and efficient handling of your request. Official Confirmation via Email: Cancellations are not official until you receive an email confirmation from us. This email serves as your proof of cancellation and, if applicable, your refund processing. Cancellation Terms: Full Refund with Advance Notice: For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. This gives us sufficient time to adjust our planning and offer the slot to other interested participants. Cancellations Due to Extreme Weather: Our tours will run rain or shine. However, if there are extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk (such as severe storms or hurricanes), we will cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. The safety and comfort of our guests and staff are our top priorities. How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please call our cancellation line at (787) 673-6386. Our team is available from 8:30AM to 5:30PM (AST) to assist you. After your call, wait for the official email confirmation to ensure your cancellation has been processed.
