Itinerary

Arrive at the dive shop 30 minutes before your scheduled start time Meet your instructor and review your selected specialties Gear up and receive a safety briefing Begin first dive session or classroom module Break between sessions (snacks and drinks available nearby) Continue with remaining dives or theory work Debrief with your instructor and log your dives Plan next course sessions if needed to complete your bundle

Check-in details Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to complete paperwork and prepare gear. Check in at our dive shop located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico — directions will be included in your confirmation email. Bring your certification card, swimwear, towel, and any personal gear you'd like to use. We'll go over your selected specialties and plan your course schedule during check-in. What to bring Swimsuit or comfortable swimwear Towel Reef-safe sunscreen Water bottle Certification card (SSI or equivalent) Any personal dive gear you'd like to use (optional) Snacks for between dives (optional) Special requirements Participants must already hold an Open Water Diver certification (SSI or equivalent). Minimum age requirement: 12 years old. All participants must complete a medical questionnaire before beginning the course. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for check-in and consent. Restrictions Not suitable for pregnant individuals. Participants must be in good physical health and able to swim comfortably. Not recommended for individuals with serious medical conditions or limited mobility. Participants must wait 18–24 hours after diving before flying. Disclaimers Course availability may vary depending on weather, ocean conditions, and instructor availability. Do I need to be certified to take this course? Yes, you must already be a certified Open Water Diver before enrolling in Advanced courses. How do I choose my specialty courses? After booking, we’ll contact you to help select the four specialties that best match your interests and goals. Can I complete the specialties on different days? Yes! You don’t have to complete all four specialties at once. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits. How long does each specialty course take? Most courses can be completed in half a day, with a mix of theory and in-water skills. Will I get an Advanced Open Water certification card? Yes! After completing four specialty courses, SSI will issue your Advanced Open Water Diver recognition rating. What happens if ocean conditions are poor? We’ll reschedule affected dives or adjust your schedule as needed to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
