Cancellations
Standard Bookings (1–9 Guests): All Sales Are Final No Refunds: All ticket purchases and bookings with Sofrito Tours, LLC are final and 100% non-refundable. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued for customer cancellations, change of plans, flight delays, or missed tours. Rescheduling & Credit Vouchers: If you cannot make your scheduled time, you may request to reschedule your tour or receive a digital credit voucher for the full amount paid, provided your request is made via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows inside the 48-hour window are completely forfeited. No refunds, reschedules, or credits will be issued. Large Group Bookings (10+ Guests): Strict Calendar Lock-In Because large groups block out significant public inventory and require dedicated guide scheduling, payments are strictly protected: Non-Refundable Deposits: The 50% deposit required to secure a large group booking is entirely non-refundable from the moment it is paid. 7-Day Balance Lock: The final balance is due 7 days before the tour. Once inside this 7-day window, the entire booking is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. If your group size drops inside the 7 days, you are still financially responsible for the original guest count invoiced. Weather & Company Cancellations Rain or Shine: Puerto Rico is a tropical environment; therefore, all tours operate rain or shine. Cancellations will not be made for passing showers or typical tropical weather. Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately. Severe Weather / Force Majeure: In the rare event of extreme, unsafe conditions (such as an official hurricane warning or severe flash flooding) where Sofrito Tours, LLC is forced to cancel a refund will be issued. Early Departures & Ticket Transfers Early Departures: If a guest chooses to leave a tour or experience prior to its official conclusion for any reason, no partial refunds or credits will be provided. Ticket Transfers: If you fall within the non-refundable window and cannot attend, you are permitted to transfer your tickets to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Please notify us at least 2 hours before the tour to update the guest name.
