Itinerary
Check-in & Gear Fitting: Arrive at the Rio Grande location for check-in and safety briefing. All gear will be fitted by the staff. Zipline Adventure: Experience eight ziplines through the rainforest canopy, including the longest zipline in the area. End of Tour: After the last zipline, return to the starting point for gear removal.

Maximum weight limit: 250 lbs Restrictions Not suitable for pregnant women or guests with recent surgeries, neck or back issues, or dizziness. Participants must be able to fit into the harness and safety equipment. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to participate.

What should I wear? Long pants, closed-toe shoes, and bring an extra change of clothes in case you get wet. Do I need to bring ID? Yes, you must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking. What if it rains? The tour runs rain or shine, but in the event of unsafe weather, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will receive a 60% refund. Any cancellations made 24 hours or more ahead of time will receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full price.
