What's Not Included: Gratuities for Drivers & Guides – Tips for excellent service are appreciated but not included in the price. Meals & Snacks – Unless specified, meals or snacks during tours or transportation are not included. Admission Fees to Attractions – Fees for entry to attractions or parks (e.g., El Yunque, bioluminescent bay, etc.) are not included. Personal Expenses – Any personal items or services purchased during the trip (souvenirs, extra activities, etc.) are at the customer’s expense. Travel Insurance – Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance if desired. Special Requests – Any additional services not mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., additional stops, extra luggage, etc.) may incur extra fees. Parking Fees – Any parking charges incurred during the tour or transportation are not included. Round-Trip Transportation – Only one-way transportation is included; round-trip services may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

PR Access Tours engages every opportunity in a effort to improve and serve our guest better. We advise all guests be certain before they reserve with us. Our Tours has limited spaces and once they’re filled out we can’t take any more reservations. Therefore, once the tour reaches the maximum capacity we must decline anyone else. However, if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the tour please contact us by no later than 24 hours prior the tour. A cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply to cover costs incurred in relation to your registration. If the booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded in full less the $10 cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded 50% of the tour price. If the cancellation is made with less than 2 hours or not received and you don’t show 100% of the full price will be charged. Refunds are not payable if you simply change your mind, however if your circumstances change please contact accesstourspr.com/contact-us-1/ ; via email peniel.access.ecotours.com or text 787-421-1800. We ask that you please read, understand and ensure you register for the correct tour and choose the tours relevant to your requirements. Should you require assistance at any time please do not hesitate to contact us or text at 787-424-1800 prior to finalizing your reservation. Peniel Access Eco Tours cancels due to unsafe weather conditions or from the recommendations made by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA. A full refund will be given if we cancel for safety reasons.
