Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure, as well as late arrivals and no-shows, are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and any applicable change fees. Sunset cruises are weather- and sea-condition dependent. If Pirate Snorkeling Shack determines that conditions are unsafe to operate, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with our weather policy. Changes to the route, destination, swimming opportunities, timing, or activities due to weather, sea conditions, cloud cover, or safety are not considered operator cancellations and do not qualify for a refund. Sunset visibility, colors, and specific destinations such as Palomino are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund. Please do not assume your cruise is canceled based on rain, clouds, wind, or a weather forecast unless Pirate Snorkeling Shack contacts you directly.
