Our private sound bath experience is a deeply restorative journey guided by vibration, rhythm, and resonance—designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of ease. Led by experienced facilitator Joanne Macgregor, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your preferences, intentions, and setting. Sound baths may be experienced anywhere on the property: beneath the trees, by the river, near the sea, or in the quiet privacy of your own casita. Using a curated collection of instruments, including crystal and metal singing bowls and other resonant tools, the session unfolds organically—allowing sound to move through the body, releasing tension and inviting stillness. Whether you seek deep rest, emotional clarity, or a gentle reset, this private experience is shaped around you and the landscape that holds you.
