Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and we are happy to offer full refunds or credits to customers who provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. We will also provide full refunds or credits in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by email if you need to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. If for any reason you are unable to attend your jet ski rental, please let us know as soon as possible, sometimes it will be possible to reschedule if we have availability. Clients who do not show up 30 minutes prior to their rental will be charged the full price. And for clients who are prohibited from renting jet skis, we will refuse the service and no refund will be given if a reservation is made with knowledge of the prohibition. As the operator, we reserve the right to cancel or stop a jet ski rental for any of the following reasons: Safety concerns: If we determine that the customer is not following safety instructions or is behaving in a way that poses a risk to themselves or others, we may cancel or stop the rental. Violation of the rules: If the client violates any rule or regulation established by the rental operator or the area where the jet ski is driven, we can cancel or stop the rental. Under the influence: If the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we can cancel or suspend the rental. Damage to the jet ski: If the customer causes damage to the jet ski during the rental period, we can cancel or stop the rental. Rental Agreement Violation: If the customer violates the terms of the rental agreement, we may cancel or stop the rental. Please note that if we cancel or stop a rental for any of the reasons listed above, no refund will be given. Only if weather conditions make it unsafe to operate a jet ski, we can cancel or stop the rental and a refund will be applied.
