Cancellations
If we are unable to do the tour due to weather conditions, we will re-assign you to a new date or issue a full refund if not possible the re schedule. The Captain will determine if weather conditions are ok to head out, if they are not ok or the boat has a mechanical failure, we will issue a full refund or re-assign of a new date. The deposit and or payment will not be refundable if the tour is cancelled by the client inside the 24 hours gap before the tour.
