Tropical Water Adventure – Cancellation Policy • Deposits are non-refundable. • Weather-related cancellations: If a trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, the deposit will be honored and rescheduled for another available date. • Client-initiated cancellations: If the client cancels for personal reasons, the deposit is forfeited. • Same-day or last-minute cancellations: No refunds or rescheduling unless the captain determines conditions are unsafe. • Rescheduling: Any change of date must be coordinated in advance, subject to availability.
