About: On this private Boat Charter the captain will take you in a 24-28 foot boat to the beautiful island of Caracoles. He can also take you to Mata La Gata and Cayo Enrique, ask the captain and he will recommend the best spots to spend your day out in the water. Quick details: Price includes up to 6 passengers, for more than 6 passengers on the boat it’s an additional $40 per person. Provided: Life Jackets 1 kayak or a Floating mattress Inflatables and Floaties What to Bring: Bathing suit Towel Snacks and refreshments
Cancellations
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to 8:30 AM (check-in time) the day of your trip. Please keep in mind that once you make your reservation our booking platform will update instantly which means we cannot book those spots. If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip or if you don't show up on time YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AMOUNT of your reservation. We also want to remind our guest that within 48 hours of your check-in time TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NOT REUSABLE. Please understand that if you wish to reschedule you must do so within 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your original trip and is only based on availability. Any cancellations made same day with less than 48-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are forced to cancel a tour due to weather or sea conditions you will not be charged. You will have the option to reschedule for the next available space. Our captains will make the final decision taking weather conditions into account. Remember that a few showers are normal in the tropics. In case it’s raining in your area, still show up for your scheduled tour as you will be charged if it goes out.
