We take you through rugged beach trails and shoreline tracks in Loíza where the Atlantic Ocean crashes just feet away. We also make curated stops at low-traffic shoreline spots for elite content and photos. What is a Chinchorreo stop? It is a local tradition! We stop at a premium spot in the Afro-Caribbean heart of Loíza so you can experience authentic island vibes and grab a quick local snack or refreshment. Is there a weight or height limit? To ensure a comfortable and safe ride in our luxury cabins, there is a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs per seat. Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ensure the safety harnesses fit correctly. What happens if it rains? The adventure gets even better. Because our cabins are fully enclosed and climate-controlled, you stay dry and comfortable while we navigate the "Mangle" trails. We run rain or shine! Does the price include everything? At Xplora, we believe in total transparency. Your booking price includes all service fees and fuel surcharges. Please note that local taxes are not included in the base price and will be calculated at checkout. There are no hidden costs or surprise fees when you arrive for your adventure.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior will receive a 50 percent refund or credit. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your start time. If you added Trip Insurance to your booking for 20 dollars you may cancel or rebook at any time for a full refund. Please note that arrivals more than 15 minutes late or no shows will be charged the full price of the booking. If Xplora must cancel the tour due to unsafe weather conditions you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later time.
