Special requirements ⚠️ Important Information Rental Hours: Available daily from 10:00 AM until 5:00pm. Self-Guided: This is a rental service only. Beyond the initial instruction, no tour guide is provided. Safety First: All participants must wear the provided life jacket at all times while on the water. Age Requirement: Participants must be 10 years of age or older. Navigation Zones: You must stay within the areas explained during your briefing. If you ignore these instructions and a rescue is required due to wind or negligence, a Rescue Fee will be applied. Restrictions ⚠️Rescue Fee: A mandatory fee of $50.00 (minimum) will be charged if a rescue or towing service is required due to the participant ignoring safety boundaries, designated navigation zones, or wind-related negligence. Mandatory Life Jacket: Must be worn at all times, regardless of swimming ability. Safe Zones Only: You must stay within the designated areas explained during your briefing. Weather Policy: Rentals are subject to wind conditions; we reserve the right to reschedule for your safety. Age Limit: Minimum 10 years old. Disclaimers ⚠️Rescue Fee: A mandatory fee of $50.00 (minimum) will be charged if a rescue or towing service is required due to the participant ignoring safety boundaries, designated navigation zones, or wind-related negligence. Self-Guided Experience: Participants acknowledge they are exploring the lagoon at their own risk without a tour guide. Equipment Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage to the boards or paddles during the session. Safety First: In case of lightning or high winds, Aqua Experiences PR reserves the right to postpone or cancel the session for your safety.
