Health & Safety Wear a Life Jacket: We offer (PDF) personal flotation devices for all our renters ! Know Your Limits: Paddle within your skill level and stay close to the shore if you're a beginner. Avoid venturing out too far, especially in unfamiliar waters. Weather Awareness: Check the weather conditions before heading out. Avoid paddling in strong winds, rough seas, or during storms. If conditions change suddenly, return to shore immediately. Stay Hydrated and Protected: Bring water to stay hydrated, and wear sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Consider wearing water shoes for foot protection. Leash Safety: Use a leash to keep your paddle board attached to you. This ensures that your board doesn't drift away if you fall off. Paddle with a Buddy: Whenever possible, paddle with a friend or in a group. It's safer and more fun!
Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
