Begin Your Overnight Rental Take possession of the kayak and enjoy the flexibility of keeping the equipment overnight. Use the Kayak Responsibly Kayak only when weather, visibility, and marine conditions are safe, and follow all instructions provided at pickup. Secure the Equipment Overnight Keep the kayak and all rental equipment properly secured, stored, and protected while in your possession. Morning Return Return the kayak and all issued equipment to the designated location by 8:00 AM the following morning. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Check-in details Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time at Cabezas de San Juan – Ensenada Yegua in Fajardo. Please allow enough time to park and walk to the rental location before check-in. Bring your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID. Our team will review the kayak, paddles, backrests, PFDs, and safety information before releasing the equipment. Late arrival does not extend the rental period. Significant late arrival may be treated as a no-show in accordance with your booking terms. All rental equipment must be returned by 8:00 AM the following morning. If you need help locating the pickup area, call 787-556-0104. Special requirements The primary renter must be at least 18 years old and present a valid photo ID at pickup. Participants under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a participating adult. Guests must be able to follow basic paddling and safety instructions. PFDs must be worn while using the kayak. Guests are responsible for the kayak and all issued equipment from pickup until return the following morning. The kayak must be stored and secured safely when not in use. Use is limited to conditions considered safe for kayaking; guests should not paddle when weather, visibility, wind, or marine conditions are unsafe. All equipment must be returned by 8:00 AM the following morning. Guests transporting the kayak must have a suitable vehicle and a safe method for securing the equipment. Restrictions This rental may not be suitable for everyone. Guests should be able to enter and exit the kayak safely, maintain basic balance, paddle independently, and follow safety instructions. Pregnant guests, individuals with significant mobility limitations, recent injuries, or medical conditions that may affect balance, strength, coordination, or safe participation should consult with their healthcare provider before kayaking. Children must remain under adult supervision. There are no specific height restrictions, but participation must be appropriate for the guest’s size, comfort, and ability.
