Check-in details We are located in the Condado Lagoon. At Ashford Ave. #864, in front of the Condado Plaza Hotel. We suggest arriving 15 minutes earlier from the time of the tour. Upon arrival you will be checked-in and be requested to fill a waiver.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. If the activity must be canceled due to unsafe or severe weather conditions, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
