What is the minimum age to drive a jet ski? You must be 21+ to drive with a valid ID. Are waivers required? Yes, all participants must sign waivers. Parents must sign for children under 21.

Cancellations

WARNING CANCELATION POLICY PLEASE READ All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your tour departure time. When you make a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the rental cost including fees and taxes. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours no refund will be granted. No shows will be charged for the full amount/price and no refund will be granted. Your reservation starts 1 hour prior to your ride. Waiver forms and instructions will take about 45 minutes to complete. If you arrive late and miss your scheduled adventure, the reservation may be considered forfeited. If we are able to reschedule your booking, a $75 rescheduling fee per jet ski will be applied. In case of a no-show with no cancellation email received 24 hours prior to the time of rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost. At our sole discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for special circumstances (severe weather, etc.) Cancellations accepted only by email. No cancellations will be made by phone calls. No cancellations will be allowed due to not bringing a PHYSICAL credit card or identification.
