About this experience

About This option allows you to have a climbing guide lead belaying while you lead climb during up to 2.5 hours. This service is private. You should be able to place quickdraws in the bolts correctly. Most of our routes have carabiners at the top anchors, but not all of them, thus there's no need to clean anchors on those ranging from 5.6 to 5.9. In case you don't know how to clean anchors you can learn here how to do it for an additional cost OR choose not to climb on grades harder than 5.9 OR choose the Guided Climbing service instead. Best times are in the morning or in the afternoon after 3pm.

You can extent your climbing time for an additional cost. f you are planning to climb routes from 5.6 to 5.9, the anchors have carabiners at the top you can clip the rope into and lower without the need to do clean anchors. If you are planning to climb routes from 5.10a and beyond you will need to know how to clean anchors as those have sealed fixed gear such as rings, chains or quicklinks.
