Itinerary
🗺️ Itinerary Arrival & Check-In (30 minutes before departure) Arrive at Balneario La Monserrate and check in at the HydroVenture tent. Complete waiver verification and ID check. Safety Briefing & Instructions Receive a mandatory safety orientation, including riding rules, designated areas, and hand signals from your guide. Gear Up Get fitted with your life jacket and prepare your jet ski for departure. Guided Ride Begins Follow your guide along the designated coastal route. Enjoy speed, open water, and scenic views while staying within a safe, controlled area. On-Water Supervision The guide remains nearby at all times to ensure safety and assist if needed. Return to Shore Head back to the starting point under guide direction and safely dock your jet ski. Check-in details Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Check-in is located at the HydroVenture ORANGE TENT inside Balneario La Monserrate, Luquillo. Enter through the main entrance, park in the designated area, and walk toward the beach (left side) until you see our setup. 📱 Requirements at Check-In: Completed digital waiver form (on your phone) Valid photo ID for all participants ⚠️ Important: Late arrivals will have ride time reduced or may be canceled without refund, depending on availability. All participants must complete check-in, waiver verification, and safety briefing before entering the water. Cancellations
📌 Strict Cancellation & Arrival Policy ⏳ Cancellations (96-Hour Policy) All cancellations must be made at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled activity. Approved cancellations will receive a non-refundable gift card only (no cash refunds), valid for future use. No exceptions will be made for late cancellations. 🚫 Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 96 hours of the reservation are 100% non-refundable. Failure to arrive on time (no-show) will result in a full charge with no credit or rescheduling. 📞 Cancellation Requests All cancellations or changes must be made by phone. Messages, emails, or third-party requests are not guaranteed to be accepted. ⏰ Mandatory Arrival Time Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time. This is required to complete check-in, waiver, and safety briefing. No exceptions. ⌛ Late Arrival Policy Late arrivals will have ride time reduced accordingly. If the schedule does not allow, the reservation will be canceled without refund or credit. 🌊 Operator Cancellations If canceled by the operator due to weather or safety conditions, customers will receive a credit only (no refunds).
