Tour may be canceled if minimum participant numbers are not met All tours depart from San Juan, and guests should allow up to 8.5 hours for the experience

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy Regular group tours: 24 hours prior to the tour staring pick up time Private/Customized tours: 72 hours (3 days) prior in order to receive full deposit back No cancellation or refund will be issued for last minute cancellations, No Shows or failure to provide correct information. This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants in order to operate (regular group tours). There is a possibility of cancellation after receiving confirmation if the minimum is not met. In the event of this happening, you will be offered alternatives or full refund.
