Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund with a 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to the tour departure time. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation during business hours between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Outside of business hours please email us at info@caribbeanbookings.org for cancellation inquiries. No-shows will be charged full price. No refunds or changes will be made to reservations that are booked less than 24 hours before the tour departure time. Guest who don't arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time and arrive after departure time will not be refunded or re-scheduled and will lose participation.
