About this experience

The Ultimate Floating Celebration! Take your celebration to the next level with the Hangout 360 at Condado Lagoon! This 10-foot circular platform is the perfect home base for an unforgettable day on the water. It is the top-recommended activity for birthdays, parties, or any group celebration. How it works: Your Private Island: We take care of securely mooring the platform to one of our buoys in the lagoon. This gives you a private, fixed spot to enjoy the scenery and the vibes. Total Freedom: You can relax on the comfortable backrests, play games, or jump into the water to swim and cool off whenever you like. Capacity: Comfortable space for up to 4 people. Level up your party with our Add-ons (Additional cost): To make your experience complete, you can add these paid extras during the booking process: Adventure Combos: Add Kayaks or Paddle Boards so your group can explore the lagoon and return to the base station. Floating Picnic: Celebrate with charcuterie boards, fresh fruit, or a toast with Champagne and Prosecco. Create epic memories with us! The Hangout 360 is more than just a rental—it’s your own floating club in the lagoon.

Cancellations

Important – Read before booking: 72-Hour Rule: To receive a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice or No-Shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. Punctuality: Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to the reserved time. Late arrivals on the customer's part will not result in additional time or refunds. Tropical Weather Policy: We operate during light rain or cloudy days. Aqua Experiences is the sole authority in determining activity cancellations due to weather safety. Rain Notice: If a guest chooses not to attend because "it is raining" or "it might rain," without an official cancellation from us, it will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued. If we officially cancel due to hazardous conditions, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
