About Once you arrive at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, a professional chauffeur will greet you outside of baggage claim and safely transport you to your location. Feel relaxed and refreshed as you travel in speed and style to your hotel or location in San Juan, which includes areas such as Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Santurce, Ocean Park, and Old San Juan. This service can be used as a one way Airport or Cruise transfer, or as a transfer from point A to point B all within the town of San Juan. Service also available for the towns of Dorado, Rio Grande, Fajardo, or Humacao. Additional cost will be calculated when selecting the correct town on the drop down menu. Please Note: When making a booking, please provide full address of your accommodation in comments if not found on the drop down list. Complimentary car seats and booster seats available. Must be requested with anticipation, and are subject to availability. Late Night fee of $35.00 per transfer/hour applies to services between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Prices subject to availability and demand. The rates quoted, prior to the services, are an estimate based on the information provided at the time of the reservation. Actual total amount due will be calculated upon completion of the services. Waiting time, additional stops, additional tours or requests are not included in the estimate and may be incurred at any time. Special requirements Due to the San Sebastian Street Festival taking place in Old San Juan from January 15 - 18 services to and from this location will have an additional cost of $217.76 - our office will contact you once the reservation is completed to proceed with payment.

Cancellations

Individual reservations for regular group tours with UP TO 6 PERSONS: 24 hours prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Individual reservations for regular group tours with 7 OR MORE PERSONS: 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. -Private car services: 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Private / Customized tours: 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled pick up time. Contracted Group services, Weddings and other Special Services: 72 hours (3 days) to 14 days (2 weeks) depending on the service agreement, prior to the event/activity in order to receive full deposit back. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full price. Reservations done on the same date are final and nonrefundable. Spaces reserved by the client and not used are nonrefundable. Due to the limited amount of spaces, the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason. Bespoke cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of customer trips that result from weather, traffic, or mechanical difficulties that may occur during your trip. Bespoke expects our customers to respect the vehicles and dispose of any trash generated during a trip.
