Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable. Tours may be rescheduled or canceled by Glow Kayak Puerto Rico due to weather, water conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
