Due to possible extreme water conditions, children under 3 years of age are not permitted and you must bring a USCG-certified life jacket for children under 50lbs. (If children are on your passenger list, please let us know at checkout to ensure that the proper size life vest is available for them) Please Note: All life vests on the boat are for emergency use only and can not be used for swimming. If you wish to swim with a life vest you MUST bring your own.
Cancellations
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and the reservation is 100% non-refundable if you do not cancel within 24 hours of trip departure. If you don’t show up, you will be charged the trip’s full price. No Refund Policy Due to Weather: We do not offer refunds or credits if a charter must be cut short or is less enjoyable due to rain or other adverse weather conditions that develop after the charter has begun. We make every effort to proceed with charters when it is safe to do so, but the comfort and safety of our clients and crew are paramount. If weather conditions present a safety risk, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the trip. In such cases, we will provide options for rescheduling or issuing a credit for future services, at our discretion. Client Discretion: Clients who choose to cut their trip short due to personal discomfort from weather conditions that are deemed safe by our captain and crew will not be eligible for refunds or credits. Our team is trained to make decisions with everyone's safety and enjoyment in mind, and we trust their judgment in assessing weather conditions.
