What to bring Wear a bathing suit underneath your clothes Bring a towel and change of clothes Water shoes or sandals with straps (no barefoot) Travel light and leave electronics, documents, and valuables behind Special requirements Maximum weight: 225 lbs (102kg) per person Participants must be physically capable of paddling and not afraid of the dark Children must be at least 7 years old -Additionally, all minors (7 years old-17 years old) must be accompanied by one adult in the same kayak. If your group includes more children than adults, we will not be able to accommodate the reservation, as each minor requires an adult partner. Restrictions Not suitable for pregnant persons or those with recent injuries or surgeries No refunds for failing to inform about correct weight Disclaimers Bio Bay’s bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon and may vary from day to day Full Moon phase may affect the visibility of the bioluminescence All kayaks are doubles, uneven groups will be paired with others Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your tour. Persons signed up on the 6:00pm group have a probability of being changed to the first turn if minimum amount of participants is not met. Cancellations
Individual reservations for regular group tours with UP TO 6 PERSONS: 24 hours prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Individual reservations for regular group tours with 7 OR MORE PERSONS: 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. -Private car services: 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Private / Customized tours: 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled pick up time. Contracted Group services, Weddings and other Special Services: 72 hours (3 days) to 14 days (2 weeks) depending on the service agreement, prior to the event/activity in order to receive full deposit back. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full price. Reservations done on the same date are final and nonrefundable. Spaces reserved by the client and not used are nonrefundable. Due to the limited amount of spaces, the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason.
