Check-in details Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time at Cabezas de San Juan – Ensenada Yegua in Fajardo to check in and receive your reserved equipment. Please allow enough time to park and walk to the rental location before pickup. Have your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID ready. Our team will review the rented items with you and provide basic instructions for safe umbrella use. Late pickup does not extend the rental period. All chairs and umbrellas must be returned by the designated return time. If you need assistance finding the rental location, call 787-556-0104. Special requirements A valid photo ID is required at pickup. Guests are responsible for the rented equipment while it is in their possession. Chairs and umbrellas must be used according to the instructions provided at pickup. Umbrellas must not be used when wind conditions make setup unsafe. Children must remain under adult supervision while using or handling rental equipment. All rented items must be returned by the designated return time. Please notify us in advance if you need assistance carrying or handling the equipment. Restrictions This equipment rental is generally suitable for most guests. Guests should be able to carry, place, and use the rented chairs and umbrellas safely, or have someone in their group who can assist.
