Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, as well as late arrivals and no-shows, are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and any applicable change fees. If Pirate Snorkeling Shack is unable to provide the reserved camera due to equipment failure, operational issues, or conditions that prevent safe use, you will be offered the option to reschedule, apply the payment toward another available service, or receive a refund. Late pickup does not extend the rental period, and the camera and all issued accessories must still be returned by the scheduled return time. Image quality, underwater visibility, lighting, wildlife sightings, recording results, accidental user error, or unsuccessful recordings are not grounds for a refund. The renter remains responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged equipment while it is in their possession. Repair or replacement charges are separate from the rental cancellation policy.
