Stay Dry Experience: Our 15x14 platform is ultra-stable. You can wear your favorite summer outfit; our staff will tow you from the shore to the buoy so you don't have to get wet or exert physical effort. Rescheduling: If weather conditions (lightning or heavy winds) make the activity unsafe, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 72-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Late Cancellations (Less than 72 hours): No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation, as resources and equipment have already been prepared. No-Shows: If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, the reservation is forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided. General Rules: Punctuality: Please arrive 30 minutes before your reservation. Sobriety: Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate. Weather & Environmental Policy (All Services) Tropical Weather Notice: Please be aware that we operate in a tropical environment. It is common for the weather to change quickly, and the tour may start with sun and experience light rain shortly after. Light rain or passing showers are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or rescheduling. Extreme Conditions: Cancellations are only made at the company's discretion if weather conditions become extreme (e.g., thunderstorms, lightning, or high winds) and pose a safety risk. Company Decision: If the company decides to cancel the activity due to safety concerns, you will be contacted and offered the option to reschedule for a later date or receive a full refund.
