Cancellations under 24 hours prior reservation date will not have refund unless Trip protection plan is applied to reservation. o This policy upholds the value of your time and ensures fair practices for all. Exemptions: o No cancellation fees will apply under these circumstances:  Extreme weather conditions affecting safety.  Life-threatening emergencies.  Global disruptions impacting operations. Our Commitment: We strive to manage and adapt to unforeseen events. If cancellations occur due to reasons beyond our control, we will notify guests promptly and work to provide alternative options. To protect guests from inconvenience, we actively monitor cancellations and ensure accountability. o Providers who fail to deliver services, neglect proper equipment, or disrupt planned activities may be subject to penalties that safeguard guest interests and trust in Caribbean Bookings. Clear Communication: Should there be any changes in the conditions of the activity or excursion, updates will be shared with guests as early as possible to ensure transparency and minimize inconvenience. No-shows will be charged the full price.
