Highlights

This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a living Earthship construction site in Puerto Rico, where sustainable design is not theory but something actively being built in real time. Participants don’t just observe—they become part of an evolving project shaped by real conditions, real materials, and real decisions. What makes this experience unique is its depth and variability. No two days or phases are the same, as the work adapts to weather, materials, and construction priorities. This creates a dynamic environment where participants gain a real understanding of how off-grid building actually happens in practice. Beyond construction, this experience is rooted in community and place. It connects participants to the local environment, the people involved in the project, and the ongoing effort to rebuild and rethink how structures can exist in harmony with nature in Puerto Rico. It is designed for those who want more than a tour or workshop—those who are willing to engage, contribute, and experience sustainable building from the inside out.
