Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours, as well as late arrivals and no-shows, are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and any applicable change fees. Because custom experiences may involve specially arranged activities, staffing, equipment, food, transportation coordination, or third-party services, certain custom components may be subject to additional non-refundable terms once confirmed or purchased on your behalf.
