We leave from our marina located in Fajardo. Visiting the beautiful local keys. You can choose to visit one of the following keys; Icacos, Palomino, Isla Ramos, Cayo Lobo and Piñero. It is a boat ride of approximately 20 minutes. Note: If you use uber to get there marine, you need this direction (condominio Isleta Marina) located " carr de maternillo, Fajardo, PR" Condominio Isleta Marina 89RH+2W4 Fajardo, 00738 Puerto Rico Once you arrive at the parking lot, you must walk towards the gazebo because our marina is located on a private island in the middle of the sea that can be seen from that point. You must walk and take a completely free ferry, navigation time would be 5 minutes aboard a ferry. When you arrive our staff will be waiting for you. In the marina you can use toilets and showers. Our staff will be attentive to you at all times. (Avoid excess weight) The use of water shoes is suggested Bring your own insulated glass (let's avoid excess waste) we are a 100% eco-friendly company, always taking care of our environment.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy: 100% of the money is refunded if canceled 7 days before the reserved date. If canceled 6 to 3 days before the reserved date, no deposit refund is made, only a credit valid for 6 months will be granted. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the trip, the deposit will not be returned. If any member of the crew presents a mishap, be it health, accident or any situation that warrants being taken back to the marina, the trip is automatically canceled without the right to a refund. If the Captain decides to cancel due to dangerous marine conditions, engine failure or technical problems with the boat, the money paid will be refunded. We do not cancel due to rainy conditions unless the captain decides it is not safe to sail.
