Led by our expert and experienced guides, you will explore the natural habitat of local wildlife while learning about the ecosystem. While nature is unpredictable and sightings are not guaranteed, lucky explorers often spot manatees, sea turtles, and tropical fish gliding beneath their kayaks. Our guides ensure a safe, informative, and fun experience for all skill levels. Our exclusive 7:30 PM departure transforms the experience into a magical Glow LED Night Tour—this is the only session that features integrated, radiant LED lighting to illuminate the water beneath you as you navigate the calm evening. Crucial Tour Constraints & Safety Information: Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 9 years old. ⚠️Weight Restrictions: To ensure stability and safety, the maximum weight limit is 200 lbs per person, with a total maximum capacity of 425 lbs per kayak. (We reserve the right to verify weights at check-in). Check-in & Punctuality: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. The tour departs promptly at the scheduled time; we cannot wait for late arrivals. Late arrivals will be considered a "no-show" and will result in a forfeited booking without a refund. Health & Safety: For your well-being, this activity is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back or neck conditions. Footwear Policy: To protect our clear kayak hulls, no shoes are allowed on board. You may go barefoot or use water socks. Maximum Weight Capacity: 425 lbs per kayak (Combined total for both passengers). Maximum Individual Weight: 200 lbs per person when sharing. Check-in details ⏱️Check-in is required 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. Any guest arriving late will be considered a 'no-show', and the booking will be forfeited without a refund. Prohibited Items: No sharp objects, smoking, or coolers with metal edges are allowed on board. Health & Safety Guided Tour Only: For your safety, you must follow the guide's instructions at all times and stay with the group. Mandatory Life Jacket: Must be worn and buckled at all times while on the water, regardless of swimming ability. Physical Condition: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious back, neck, or heart conditions. Drug & Alcohol Policy: Strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated, with no refund. Disclaimers ⚠️Tropical Weather: We are in the Tropics! Weather conditions can change rapidly. Even if it is sunny at boarding, unexpected rain showers may occur. No refunds are provided for passing rain. Assumption of Risk: All participants acknowledge that water activities involve inherent risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide at all times. No Shoe Policy: To protect the transparent hull, shoes are strictly prohibited inside the kayak. Aqua Experiences PR is not responsible for shoes or any personal belongings left at the launch site or at our facility. Equipment Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to the Clear Kayaks or paddles caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or water damage of any items (phones, cameras, jewelry) brought on the tour. Safety Compliance: We reserve the right to remove any participant who refuses to wear a life jacket or follow guide directions, without a refund. Safety First: In case of lightning or high winds, Aqua Experiences PR reserves the right to postpone or cancel the session for your safety. Aqua Experiences PR is not responsible for any personal items left inside or outside the store or tour locations.
Cancellations
Standard Cancellation Policy (Individual Bookings): 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund or to reschedule. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within less than 48 hours or failing to show up at the scheduled time (No-Show) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Group Cancellation Policy (Groups of 10+): More than 2 weeks' notice: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. 1 weeks' notice: No refunds will be issued; the booking can only be rescheduled. Less than 1 week's notice: No refunds or rescheduling allowed. Health & Safety: Recommendations: We recommend that pregnant women, people with recent surgeries, heart conditions, or back/neck injuries do not participate. Sobriety: Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take the tour.
