City Glow Under the Moonlight is a guided nighttime eco-adventure through Condado Lagoon where darkness becomes part of the experience, inviting deeper connection, calm, and presence. As you glide across the water, you’ll navigate using soft headlights only, allowing your eyes to adapt and your senses to awaken. The city hum fades into the background, the moon reflects gently on the lagoon’s surface, and the mangroves whisper with nocturnal life. Fish ripple beneath your kayak, crabs trace the shoreline, and with luck, a manatee may pass silently through the shallows. Led by a knowledgeable eco-interpretive guide, you’ll hear stories of the lagoon’s history, its role as an urban sanctuary, and the ongoing efforts to protect and restore this fragile ecosystem. This is not about spectacle — it’s about atmosphere, awareness, and moving slowly through one of San Juan’s most unique natural spaces. No artificial glow. No distractions. Check-in location: Glow Kayak Puerto Rico Base – Condado Lagoon, 886 Ashford Avenue What to bring We encourage guests to bring the following: Reusable Water bottle (no plastic allowed in the Reserve) Comfortable, water-friendly clothing Water shoes or sandals Special requirements This tour is priced per person, not per kayak. All guests use double kayaks; solo guests will be paired with another participant. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the same kayak. Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Guests should be comfortable in the water; basic swimming ability is encouraged.
