No stress, no driving — just you, your crew, and music blasting through surprise local stops. Friday–Sunday → 1:00 PM Return: ~6:00 PM (approx. 5 hrs) Important Info Age: 18+ to ride Food: Not included (local kiosks available at stops — support local ) Drinks: Consume responsibly; comply with PR laws Smoking: Not permitted Health: Guests must be able to board/exit without assistance. Not recommended for pregnant guests. Behavior: Unsafe or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Boarding may be refused without refund. Seating: This is a shared group experience. Guests may be seated alongside other participants on the bus. One ticket equals one seat. Seats are not pre-assigned and cannot be reserved in advance. Dress Code: Dress appropriately. Some stops may have dress code requirements, and certain establishments may deny entry if attire is considered inappropriate (for example: no excessive beachwear, overly revealing clothing). Entry policies are determined solely by each establishment. At each stop: Your host will announce the departure time before the group disembarks. Guests are responsible for returning to the bus on time. If you are not onboard at the stated departure time, the bus will leave without you, and you will need to make your own way to the next stop at your own expense. Please note that the Chinchorreo 365 Tour requires a minimum of 10 participants to operate. If the tour runs with fewer than 10 guests, the experience may be rescheduled or fully refunded. To keep the experience smooth for everyone, here’s how it works. Available only during tour hours (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM) Must be requested directly with us in advance so we can coordinate logistics Pick-ups outside this window are not possible as they would delay the group and affect the tour schedule Private Airport Pick-Up If you’d like a private airport transfer outside the standard tour hours, please contact us directly at 365hospitalitygrouppr@gmail.com to arrange a custom service. We’ll always do our best to accommodate within these hours — thank you for helping us keep the tour running on time and enjoyable for all guests. Special Event Days On major event days (e.g. concerts at El Choliseo), tours may extend so you can enjoy the full experience. Return time varies with traffic & schedule. Note: PR365 Tours is not affiliated with El Coliseo. Concert entry not included. Final stop is outside the venue.

Cancellations

Cancel 48+ hrs before tour → Full refund Cancel within 48 hrs → Non-refundable No-shows or late arrivals → No refund If PR365 cancels (weather/safety/operations) → Full refund or reschedule option Runs rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe Guests must arrive 15 min before departure. Late arrivals may lose their spot without refund. PR365 may remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior without refund.
