Check-in for Catamaran Tour: Arrive at Villa Marina Fajardo at 7:00 AM. Check in time until 7:45 AM. Snorkeling & Beach Tour: Enjoy 5.5 hours of snorkeling and relaxing on the water with lunch and drinks provided. Check-in for Bio Bay Tour: Arrive at Kayak Village at Las Croabas by 6:00 PM for the bioluminescent kayak tour. Bio Bay Kayak Tour: Paddle through the glowing waters of Laguna Grande, guided by Eco Adventure experts, and learn about the unique ecosystem and bioluminescent phenomenon.

Check-in details Catamaran Tour: Arrive at Villa Marina Yacht Harbor at 7:00 AM for check-in. Check in time is until 7:45 AM Bio Bay Kayak Tour: Check-in at Kayak Village at Las Croabas by 6:00 PM. Kayak tour departs shortly after. What to bring Comfortable clothing and a towel Swimwear (wear to the marina) A change of dry clothes for after the tour Sunscreen (no aerosol allowed) Reusable cup or tumbler (as part of our "Bring Your Own Cup" campaign) Plastic shoes (sandals or crocs) for the bio bay tour Special requirements All participants must be physically able to paddle a kayak for the Bio Bay tour. All guests must sign a waiver before the tour. Passengers must meet health and safety conditions to participate. Restrictions Passengers who are hungover or unfit to board will be denied entry, with no refund provided. Not suitable for expecting mothers or passengers who do not meet health and fitness requirements.

What should I wear? Wear comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, and bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the tour. What if the weather is bad? If weather conditions are unsafe, the tour will be rescheduled or refunded. Can I bring my own snorkel gear? Yes, you are welcome to bring your own gear, but quality snorkeling gear is provided.
Cancellations
By clicking here you are agreeing that you have read and understand the cancellation policy Customers that canceled their tour directly with the company with 48 hours of notice prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. • Service fee is non-refundable on partial refunds. • Same day cancellations are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. • Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. -- Passengers who are hungover or who are not in conditions to board the boat, the captain will be in his right to deny the passenger to board the boat. No money will be refunded to the client. • Clients that don’t meet the proper requirements won’t be allowed to participate and the money will be non-refundable. • Bio Bay portion of the tour may NOT be canceled same day. Please be aware this is a FULL day and we will not reimburse, reschedule or refund if guest comes back from Boat Tour too tired to do Bio Bay tour.
